This image struck me... And after few months I decided to blog about it... I saw this male teacher around evening time in KFC teaching a couple of students (about 4 to 5 of them). He may be a tutor... But from the look of it, He seems to be a teacher... Regardless of whether he is a tutor or a teacher... I have been asking myself this qn... Will I be able to be like him, Taking my evening time off to give extra lessons to a couple of weaker students, And giving them a treat once a while in KFC, Mac etc... Or giving them extra lessons in a setting like KFC, Mac etc... where it is not such a "formal" environment... I decided I can... Since I am young, I can give up my time for them... Focus my energy on them... I can... invest my time and energy in them... They are lives that are so precious... Each and every one of them... So precious in the sight of the Lord... I want to make a difference in their lives... Teaching... is a life-impacting career... Though I don't know how long I will stay in this line... (which reminded me of what my tutor always say... "It can be a 3-yrs bond job or it can be a 30 yrs job...up to you") But I will persevere and press on with my passion and a heart for them... I hope that one day I will be able to say with all my heart That I will teach for the rest of my life... That this will be my life-long commitment... Impacting lives, touching lives... The best gift that I can ever give... The best gift that God can ever give through me...
